The Gambia: Unlocking Trade for 25 Export Sectors
Trade and Export Development
Assigment:
Leve Global was engaged by the Gambia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (GIEPA) to support national efforts in boosting export readiness across 25 high-potential product sectors. The mission was clear: provide Gambian producers and exporters with practical, market-ready tools to expand into regional and international markets.
Our approach combined deep sector diagnostics with creative marketing and export development strategies. We carried out extensive value chain analyses, identified global demand trends, and developed clear, actionable market access recommendations. The focus was not just on strategy—but on tools that work.
