Strong Stakeholder Engagement
Objective Listening and Facilitation
Having done business in many countries around the globe, Leve Global can bring a level of objectivity that may not be found elsewhere. We listen to the needs of our clients. It is our prerogative that the client and its stakeholders must not only own the final outputs, but the process as well.

Inclusive Voice and Representation
Our unique workshop facilitation techniques and stakeholder engagement methods allow us to listen objectively and equally to ALL stakeholders and have their voices heard. We believe that effective stakeholder engagement is the cornerstone of successful project implementation and sustainable development.
Comprehensive Consultation in Cayman Islands
In the Cayman Islands, our development of the National Youth and Sports Policies exemplifies our commitment to comprehensive stakeholder engagement. We conducted extensive consultations with over 200 stakeholders through one-on-one and focus group meetings, while also surveying more than 1,300 individuals to ensure broad representation. This inclusive approach ensured that the resulting policies genuinely reflected the needs and aspirations of the Cayman Islands’ youth and sports communities.
Strategic Stakeholder Mapping
For the BIOREACH Project in Trinidad and Tobago, we led stakeholder mapping and engagement using Mendelow’s Matrix methodology, ensuring effective outreach to government agencies, private sector actors, environmental NGOs, and local farming communities. We organized and facilitated strategic planning workshops using the Goal Oriented Project Planning (GOPP) technique, fostering stakeholder buy-in and participation in biodiversity conservation and agroecological land restoration efforts.
Community-Based Consensus Building
In Grenada, our community-based tourism and tourism entrepreneurship assessment involved in-depth stakeholder consultations and field visits with local tourism entrepreneurs, community leaders, tour operators, and government agencies across multiple sites including Carriacou, Petit Martinique, St. George’s, and others. We facilitated a one-day multi-stakeholder workshop to validate findings and build consensus on priority action areas for sustainable community tourism development.
Technology Use in Stakeholder Engagement
We also innovatively use technology for stakeholder engagement and participatory planning. In Montserrat, for example, our stakeholder engagement process utilized state-of-the-art methodologies including live streaming to engage over 800 members of the Montserratian diaspora, webinar tools to facilitate remote meetings, and online surveys to gather inclusive input.
Engagement for Sustainable Results
Our approach to stakeholder engagement is systematic, inclusive, and results-oriented. We ensure that all voices are heard, perspectives are valued, and the resulting strategies and plans reflect the collective wisdom and aspirations of the communities we serve. This commitment to meaningful engagement has been a key factor in the success and sustainability of our projects across the globe.
