Reengineering Economies and Sectors
Helping economies and sectors stay relevant to the ‘New Customers’
Appearing clean, fresh and relevant to the ‘New Consumer’ is a key challenge facing many established and emerging economies and sectors.
“…Leve Global has an enviable track record in helping clients to meet this challenge…”

In the Caribbean and Africa, for example, we have helped several sectors to reposition themselves to attract new niche markets – a process we call “economic reengineering”.
Mozambique Cashew Sector Revitalization
For example, we helped the Mozambique cashew sector move up the value chain to offer high-value-added organic cashew milk instead of the mere raw nut. In the Gambia, we assisted the transportation and logistics sector develop a comprehensive River Value Chain to leverage the strategic importance of the River Gambia in trade, transportation and tourism.
Re-energize and Reinvigorate Brand Perceptions
Additionally, we have supported economies, destinations, and sectors to re-energize and reinvigorate brand perceptions. One example is the Brand Awareness Reinvention exercise we did in Grand Bahama Island to radically transform the perception of the tourism brand by local workers in the industry who were experiencing ‘service fatigue’. This initiative contributed to the turnaround of the Bahamas tourism industry.
“Dr. Poon and her team delivered an excellent Sustainable Tourims Strategy that assisted us in obtaining €500,000 in funding from the EU.“
