Jamaica National Export Strategy Digital M&E Solution

When we developed the National Export Strategy (NES) for Jamaica, we designed a simple and easy-to-use digital monitoring system to track the implementation of the NES. Over 30 agencies were involved in the implementation, and each agency had its own plan. JAMPRO, tasked with overseeing the entire plan, housed the digital monitoring system and made updates as information flowed in from the respective agencies. With the digital monitoring system, while JAMPRO had exclusive ability to edit and update, anyone with the link could monitor and track NES implementation from the comfort of their office or home. This feature provided transparency and accountability to the general public. 

Digital Monitoring for BIOREACH

In our work with the Environment Management Agency (EMA) in Trinidad and Tobago for the BIOREACH Project, we developed a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework to track and measure the impact of communication strategies for biodiversity conservation and agroecological land restoration. This framework integrated digital tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting, enabling stakeholders to assess progress and make evidence-based decisions.

For tourism development projects in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Dominica, we implemented digital monitoring systems to project outcomes, expenditure, critical milestones, and implementation of key recommendations.  These systems provided real-time data on project performance, allowing for adaptive management and strategic adjustments to maximize benefits while minimizing negative impacts.
