Our PMU coordinated multiple workstreams including infrastructure development, marketing and promotions, capacity building for private sector stakeholders, and sustainable community tourism development. Through effective management and coordination, the PMU ensured that all components of this complex program were delivered on time and within budget.

Similarly, in Dominica, we led the PMU for the €6 million Ecotourism Development Programme, managing diverse activities including tourism site development, marketing plans, human resource development, private sector support, and community engagement strategies. Our PMU established robust financial management systems, procurement procedures, and monitoring frameworks that ensured transparent and efficient use of resources.
